Hypnotherapy for vaping

Hypnotherapy for vaping needs to address one issue.

Stop it.

Think of it as an order but one delivered calmly through hypnotherapy.

Vaping the shocking, finger wagging bit.

While vaping is often used as a tool to quit smoking and considered a "less harmful" option for smokers it is NOT a healthy activity for smokers or non-smokers.

In fact vaping is particularly risky for the youth, young adults, and pregnant women.
VAPING is becoming increasingly popular in the UK, with millions of Brits enjoying the liquids.

It’s easy to do - you need no matches, lighters, papers, loose tobacco, vapes come in flavours. What’s not to like?

Vaping instead of smoking? Let’s stop this thinking.

Although the NHS states they are an alternative to smoking, and that they could even help you permanently quit, a recent study found that those who smoke e-cigarettes or vapes could be at a higher risk of heart attacks.

But it’s not just your lungs and heart you should be worrying about – as a dentist has now revealed how the common habit can also negatively affect your oral health.

Expert Emi took to TikTok where she issued a stark warning, listing the three tell-tale signs your vaping habit is damaging your body and mouth before you even feel it.

Voicing her concerns, Emi said: “Honestly, I’m concerned by what I’m seeing.
“Vaping can very quickly create obvious, and not so nice, changes in the mouth,” she said in a recent video on her page.

Although according to Emi there are about ten warning signs, three are more common than others – including vape stain.

While vapers might not pay much attention to the sweet and refreshing liquids they’re inhaling, the formula can damage your teeth for good.

These stains, she warned, are “super sticky” and build up “along the teeth and gum line”.

“It can be difficult to remove, even with professional instruments.”

Have you recently taken up vaping and have noticed feeling more thirsty than ever?

The two could be correlated.

Emi explained in the informative video: “Vaping dramatically reduces saliva. Saliva protects your teeth and gums. A dry mouth is a vulnerable mouth.”

Additionally, dentists might also notice an increase of patients with “puffy, red, inflamed gums”.

“Even in people with healthy gums before, and good brushing habits,” the expert said.
“This isn’t about judgement, it’s about awareness,” Emi emphasised.

The 4 horrifying things that can happen to your body after vaping

VAPES were once hailed as miracle devices to help adults ditch cigarettes.

But while the devices don’t carry the same risks as tobacco, experts have warned that vaping might not be so harmless after all.

1. It could slow down brain development. Vaping nicotine can permanently affect brain development in people under the age of 25, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
It said that nicotine consumed during teenage years can harm the parts of the brain that control attention, learning, mood, and impulse control, as well as increase the risk of addiction.

2. It could lead to tooth decay. Dr Michael Heffernan, a dentist at The Wessex Dental Specialist Care, said most vapes contain dangerous chemicals that can harm your teeth and lead to decay.
And puffing on the devices can also lead to mouth dryness, creating an environment where harmful bacteria can grow.

3. Heart damage. Chemicals found in vapes can cause heart damage. The American Heart Association (AHA) states that vaping is as harmful to the body’s cardiovascular system as cigarettes”.

4. Lung disease. Vaping from a young age can leave children with breathing difficulties. Paediatric respiratory consultant Dr Mike McKean states he’s seen reports of people developing lung disease related to vaping.

Researchers from the US also found that young people who vape are more at risk of bronchitis, inflammation of the airways, and shortness of breath.

“If you vape, consider reducing or stopping where possible, and make sure you’re attending regular dental check-ups, so any changes can be caught early.
“Your mouth often shows signs long before you feel a problem.”

So what can hypnotherapy for vaping do?

Firstly let’s recognise that vaping is hard to quit.

But hypnotherapy has a good track record on stopping nicotine addiction.

It’s basically a way of relaxing so I can talk to your subconscious at the deepest level and give you a new behaviour that’s hard wired. This mean that after you’ve left me you’re no longer interested in vaping.

Hypnotherapy vs willpower: What’s the difference?

A good way to think about this is as follows.

Whilst willpower relies on your conscious efforts to fight against your vaping habits, hypnotherapy works by bypassing your conscious mind to directly engage the subconscious.

This means your new behaviour feels more natural and sustainable.

You don’t have to constant battle yourself and keep trying.

Another way to look at this is as follows.

You’re not weak - vaping is a learned habit - and I’m helping you in a kind and soft way to break the habit and change your behaviour for the better.

There’s no fear, shame, or pressure. I’m rewiring your triggers without judgment.

Hypnotherapy for vaping. How does it work?

Basically hypnotherapy for vaping is a way of relaxing, letting your metal barriers down so I can ‘talk’ to your subconscious. Suggest a kinder way to live vape-free.

Is hypnotherapy for vaping safe?

Yes. Hypnosis is a perfectly natural state. It’s not a form of mind control, or trance.
Here are some example of when you hypnotise yourself on a daily basis:

Daydreaming. When your mind wanders and you become detached from your immediate surroundings.

"Highway Hypnosis”. Driving down a familiar road and suddenly realise you have no recollection of the last few miles.

Deep Absorption. Becoming so engrossed in a book, movie, or TV program that you lose track of time and ignore external noises or sounds - when it goes from day to night.

How many hypnotherapy for vaping sessions do you need?

It varies from person to person, but here’s a realistic breakdown of the typical range:
1–3 sessions – Most people see strong results within this range, especially if they’re highly motivated.
4–6 sessions – This number is common if your vaping is tied to stress, anxiety, or long-term habit loops.
6+ sessions – May be needed if there are deeper emotional triggers, or multiple addictions involved.

What affects the your number of hypnotherapy sessions?

These factors typically feed into your number of sessions:
. How long you’ve been vaping. How deeply ingrained it is in you
. Nicotine strength and frequency of use
. Your stress levels from elsewhere - work, relationships, if you’re taking drugs
. Whether your vaping is emotional (stress, boredom, anxiety), or purely habitual
. Your belief and openness to hypnosis. Hypnotherapy only works if you believe in me, and the process. It’s not magic, it’s not injected into you, it’s you WANTING TO RELAX AND CHANGE.

What happens if I vape after a hypnotherapy session?

It can happen.

Vaping after a hypnotherapy for vaping session may cause the cravings to return quickly.

You get disoriented by the new neural pathways and it triggers a "relief and rebound" loop where the urge returns, not due to weakness, but because the nervous system is seeking to re-establish its old, dependent state.

But usually there’s a mental discomfort and you find that this return to vaping tastes different, feels unpleasant, or causes guilt, as I’ve been working to make the vaping experience undesirable.
