We will work together to create new feelings, thoughts and actions – overcoming what might only be one ‘bad’ experience for the unconscious mind to generalise events and make something that’s terrifying.

This stops you from avoiding your phobia – anything from a spider to a social gathering - because you take back control of the situation.
