Jim Thomas treated me for a long-standing anxiety issue in May 2018. Jim asked me lots of questions, such as when I started to feel anxious, what emotions I had at that time, the sensations I feel, my actions and behaviour, my thoughts and what positive changes do I want to experience instead and what positive benefits might result from these changes. He then wrote a script especially for me and hypnotised me using this script. Being hypnotised was a wonderful calm, relaxing feeling for me and I trusted Jim to help me through my anxiety. He was kind, sensitive and assertive, and afterwards I had a warm inner confidence that wasn’t there before and it has helped me face my issue and handle it in a calm and positive way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jim for hypnotherapy, he really helped me.
