Whatever phobia you feel is leaving you out of sorts we can work on ending this. Let go of any hold that flying, spiders, heights, or needles (injections, the sight of blood) may have over you. The same applies to crowds, open spaces, vomit (Emetophobia) and roller coasters. There’s no need to be afraid.

A phobia is more than just fear. It’s an intense, overwhelming reaction to a particular object, situation, or even idea – one that others might not find threatening at all.
For example, you might feel panicked at the thought of flying, being near a spider, or even going to the dentist.
A phobia can take over. It can make you avoid places, situations, or experiences just to feel safe. And that fear can creep into your daily life, getting in the way of things you want or need to do.
But here’s the truth: you’re not stuck with it. You can face it – and overcome it.
It’s a calm and relaxing way to get your subconscious to work for you. Bypass your limiting beliefs.
You ‘re-train’ your brain. Understand that you are NOT your thoughts. You can let go. Control how you think, feel and act. Nothing needs to disturb your inner peace.
